We are a very unique horse riding facility as we not only offer 1:2 ratios but also have a variety of spaces where the lessons can take place. 

Our 1 hour child lessons are tailored to each child's needs and goals, aiming towards building on their horsemanship journey. Lessons are a 10 week commitment starting at the start of each school term and cost $65.00 per lesson per child.

Lessons at our home base location include ground work and riding components in both our round pen arena and out over our 150 acre farm. 

A number of the lessons will also take place out on the trails at Muriwai Beach and through Woodhill Forest, all whilst working on the skills and goals set out by your child, and our instructor at the beginning of each term. 

Our aim here at MBHT is to help build confidence, improve on riding ability, and learn how to better communicate with horses in a supportive and encouraging environment.
