Gift card vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.

Gift card vouchers can be redeemed against all products and services only at Muriwai Beach Horse Treks.

Gift card vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry.

Gift card vouchers are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift card voucher, balance must be paid by credit card at the time of booking. 

If the purchase is lesser then the value of the gift card voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases.

Gift card vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorised activity, immediately report this to us on staff@mbht.co.nz providing all details including proof of purchase, gift voucher number and a photo ID for verification purposes.

Muriwai Beach Horse Treks has the right to cancel a gift card voucher if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift card voucher of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift card voucher. The gift card voucher remains our property.

Muriwai Beach Horse Treks can vary or replace these conditions from time to time (including to introduce new fees).

Any persons redeeming a gift voucher must be within our minimum age requirements and weight requirements and all other conditions outlined in our terms and conditions, If any person or situation is outside of our terms and conditions we may not be able to agree to let the intended participant ride and we cannot offer a refund or reschedule in this case, please be sure about your purchase before you book or complete a payment.   

To redeem your gift card voucher, simply head to our website www.muriwaibeachhorsetreks.co.nz and complete an online booking then apply your special gift card voucher code shown above to the "coupon code" box on our website during checkout to discount your booking to the value of your gift card voucher shown above.
