RIDE LOCATED IN THE FOREST ONLY WITH VIEW OF THE BEACH ( NOT AT MURIWAI BEACH )

Come and ride with us at Kake Hoiho and experience an area of Woodhill Forest that offers varied terrains with hills and native bush and is generally only accessible to people with their own horses. This trail in the forest offers stunning views towards the city in the south, vistas of the wide Tasman Ocean to the west (visibility permitting).

Trail is suitable for children from the age of 10 years old, families, friends, adults, schools and groups. Our experienced and friendly guides will accompany you along the trail from horseback themselves, providing tips and commentaries all whilst keeping you safe. 

This trail is mostly at a walking speed,  all trails will ride to the lowest skill level on the group.  Any opportunities to go faster will only be offered to riders with significant demonstrated skills and experience and this is at the discretion of our guides based on safety measures.
